我和老公經常光顧永和的某間川菜館，每次必點這道泡椒雞丁，就是愛清爽酸辣的這個味道，不過最近一次去的時候，味道居然變調，泡小米辣被改成沒有醃過、沒有香氣的普通紅辣椒，調味居然還加了蕃茄醬…你沒聽錯，我也沒吃錯，非常不搭的蕃茄醬，跟店家反應後，原因好像是廚師換人導致的，老公說那我們自己做吧！我心想，反正南門市場有賣泡椒，味道作法應該也不難，眼神看向我，所以，為了他的胃，太太我使命必達？
